All retail orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours after being processed. Domestic priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. International mail shipping method will depend on the country where the order is being shipped.
Most items are shipped from our Florida location (shipping only occurs on weekdays Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST). You will usually be notified of the expected shipping date. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
Please return used or unopened bottles within 60 days of ordering for a full refund. If requested, Amplixin® will provide the shipping label and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return package. To ensure the full value is received be sure to request "package tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. After returns are received, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
